Designed for scouts and scout leaders, outdoor enthusiasts and anyone who works or spends time in remote environments, this course teaches advanced skills to be used in emergencies when help from professional first responders may be far away. Based on the Boy Scouts of America Wilderness First Aid Curriculum and Doctrine Guidelines, this course aligns with OSHA’s Best Practices for Workplace First Aid Training Programs.

Prerequisites: Must be at least 13 years old and hold current adult CPR/AED certification. (AVAILABLE AT CLASS)

2 year certification - Digital certificate available upon successful completion of course

ADULT CPR and AED certifications are offered for just $10.00 at the end of day 1 of class. (ProTraining branded)

Front Range CPR / BEST issues a branded card that is accepted by most organizations and the charge for this certificate is included in the $150 class fee.

If you wish to have a The American Red Cross Certification you must select and pay for this during the add-on portion of registration. There will be an additional test at the end of the class for this certification option. 

If you wish to have a National Association of Search and Rescue Certification you must select and pay for this during the add-on portion of registration. There will be an additional test at the end of the class for this certification option. 

 

 Certifications for all class attendees will be from Front Rage CPR / B.E.S.T. (this meets all requirements for NICA, the Colorado League, BSA, BSA, and the Federal Government, USGS)

Due to Covid restrictions directed by state and local guidelines and social distancing this option is very costly and thus we can not extend discounts for these classes.  All bookings are final and carry a $25 rebooking fee for any changes.
